Shipping

  1. Standard shipping is $12. Shipping takes approximately 4-5 business days

  2. Express shipping is $25. Shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days

 
Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Nature’s Sunshine Canada’s facilities to your delivery address.

Return Policy:
Products can be returned after 1 months if the customer feels it is unsatisfactory. Requirements for return are as follows:

  1. A copy of the original email receipt is required for each return.

  2. Items may be returned for replacement, credit towards another product, or for a refund.

  3. Applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued, or expired.


Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase by contacting us by email at store@ramilas.com or by phone at (613) 829-0427.


Terms of Sale

  1. All advertisements on the site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once you have completed and placed your order.

  2. You will receive online confirmation that your order has been received by Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic after you place your order on the Site. This online confirmation that your order has been received by Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic does not constitute acceptance of your order. Rather, the confirmation of acceptance of your order will be delivered via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account.

  3. There may be certain orders that Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic must reject before acceptance or cancel after acceptance. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order for any reason and Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic will contact you at the e-mail address provided in the order form of its decision to accept or reject your order. In the event that Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic rejects the order, Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic for the order.

  4. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order after acceptance for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being rejected or cancelled include:

    1. Limitations on quantities available for purchase;

    2. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information;

    3. A product recall on the item that you have purchased;

  5. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic will contact you if all or any portion of your order is rejected after your order has been placed but before it is accepted by Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  6. The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. In the event that Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic advises you that any products are no longer available, Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic for the order.

  7. You may pay for your purchase using VISA, MasterCard or American Express and you authorize Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic to charge the applicable card for the Purchase Price and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic will have no obligation to fulfill your order.

  8. All billing and registration information provided by you to Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms of Sale.

  12. Upon creating an account on ramilas.com, the undersigned shall become a “Preferred Customer” in Nature’s Sunshine Canada, registered under the members of Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic.

  13. As a Preferred Customer in Nature’s Sunshine, the customer must abide by the the Nature’s Sunshine Policies and Procedures outlined in the most recently published edition of Nature’s Sunshine Policies and Procedures manual.

  14. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that either party without reason or cause, upon giving 30 days written notice to the other party of the termination, may terminate this agreement.

  15. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Ramila’s Healing Arts Clinic shall not be liable for any damages and expenses arising out of or relating to any unauthorized use of such account or password.
